How would i start a career for microsoft game studios?

I’m still a junior in high school but i was wondering what kind of starting jobs i should look in to in order to work my way up to working for microsoft games studios. Also, i would like to know what classes i should take in college to help me.

right now im taking game art as a major so i can work for square enix it all depends on what you want to do for the company
