    im not completely sure, but i heard that the pros play with action that is sort of high, not like so high that you cant play but high enough that you dont get any buzzing. but i might be wrong. but on petruccis studio recordings his cleans are always sparkly and the ring like a bell. i think he had it set to about 3mm at the 12th fret

    my rg350ex has the best neck i have ever played on in my life. but the sound isnt that great because its not a high end guitar. an ibanez prestige on the other hand is very versatile and can really take care of most styles but it will cost a lot more. the EBMM JP6 though, is in a class of its own but it consequently costs the most. i recommend that if you have the cash for it. its a truly amazing guitar and the piezo is out of this world.

    I love petrucci, one of my biggest influences, but Im not sure that I agree that he is the greatest of all time. In fact, I think there is a handful of guitarists that deserve the title, Shawn Lane, Greg Howe, Petrucci. It really comes down to personal preference when they get so good :)

    wow, I think I’ve seen it all from John..but then I see some crazy stuff he improvises like 4:25 WOW He never ceases to amaze me haha thats probably why he is the greatest guitarist ever and my favorite guitarist of all time!

    On the website it doesn’t show it, but the D-Sonic 7 comes in black/creme.
