Although we have …
Although we have upgraded more kits and equipment since the making of this video, up until then we had spent well over $90,000. This includes also softwares and furniture and cabling, wiring, a configured mac at the time and more outboard in the engine room and a mini server. We now have protools 003(A rack, & The Le Mixer), pro tools micro, genelec monitors, McDSP Emerald, SSL and API & Vintage series from waves and a host lot more. The money count has risen considerably since then.

wow u got tons of equipment but all I think i need for now is a good micorphone,computer,one or two keyboards,Akai MPD-32 Midi controller, and a soundboard or mixer…im not sure if im supposed to get a soundboard or mixer can u help me out with the last part im confused

This can be done …
This can be done via direct audio signals converted into digital or via what is known as ADAT (Alesis Digital Audio Tape), which is a medium in which audio is transfered via a light pipe into streams of 8 channels per interface.
