I’m looking for a type of "Sound Studio" for PC, you know like the the Mac one except for PC?

So, I have a PC and I want to take this song and play it backwards and play with the pitch as well. You know, like what Sound Studio does for Mac users. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I want preferably a free download.
