    1 question. ur midi that you youse for your apple. if that small midi has less keys then a regular sized keyboard isnt that narrowing down your options for different souds?

    Hey dude there is a difference..
    For home recording your gunna want to go for firewire..
    The reason being that usb is unearthed and firewire is earthed… this means that with usb you’ll get a lot of background noise or fuzz.. hope that helps! :D

    well he says sound card to sound more basic, what it really is is an interface, which has a converter and a built in preamp most of the times, it converts analog signals to digital and the preamp gives it the capability to sound like a studio sound rather than live, of course plugins will be needed, this is what i think it is.

    setting up dual monitors is just to increase productivity because you get a wider workspace, like mixers and compressors on one side and the playlist on the other, its not 2 computers but one computer with 2 screens, haha i just recently found this out

    i have a Question about a mixer and interface i have a 16 channel mixer and i like a lot of inputs for my recording bc i record drums and all that stuff so since i have a 16 channel mixer do i need to buy like a huge interface that has idk 8 inputs or can i work with the mixer and a small interface???

    14) i have a delema. i torn between protools minibox wit like a mic, mic stand,mic cord, and the box wit protools and everthing for 400$ or this ebay thing,,, a usb mic and stand and this cakewalk program and fruity loops. i know its what ever i like but i know im gettin good stuff wit protools but i dont kmow about it even wit my little experience plz help me out
