I have my band and we want to start recording music for demos but we dont have money for a recording studio. i have a few programs on my computer its like a music recorder. how do i record my own music?

i have a line 6 podxt… it is a guitar preamp with hundreds of different amp modeling sounds… it has a usb connection… thats what you want.. something with a usb connection, i can record straight onto the computer, it’s great

you can plug a microphone into the input of one of those things and record anything

   They use their own.

   Just buy (or borrow) some recording equipment.
