1. GET a computer!!!”A fast computer” with fire wire and USB”
2. GET a sound card/interface
3.GET recording software ex. “Pro Tools”
4.GET Speakers/monitors
5.GET a main work station EX. Midi controller or Synthesizer
6.GET a pair of really GOOD Headphone
7.GET a condenser mic

  4. buy a behringer uca …
    buy a behringer uca 222 interface and it comes with energy xt behringer edition to record.
    Run an rca cable from the output on the interface to the input rca’s on a stereo, run it on a flat eq, and you have monitor speakers. plug your amp into the interface, or with a mixer. It will use up to at least a 16 track mixer.
    My entire setup cost me about $100 bucks.

    @JinstaBoY true, usb powered isn’t the best, but if you wanna hear how the M-AUDIO USB POWERED CONDENSER MIC sounds like with somebody that knows what there doing, you should check out this rapper named MJ DAMAGE, he really knows how to make a BEST BUY mic, sound pro quality.
