Why am I getting blank blue screen when I make a movie using Pinnacle studio 12?

I tried making a movie using pinnacle studio 12 and am getting a blank blue screen in some of the frames of the movie. So I tired making the movie already 3 times and getting this in different frames each time. I tried so many things, but in vane. So please help, I would really really appreciate your reply. Thanks in advance.

I can’t help with your problem, but I do remember buying a Pinnacle product a few years back that was full of bugs and often would just close without warning while trying to process something. I wish I had better news…I’d try to get my money back if I were you and look for something more reliable like Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere.

  2. You are not quote wich version of windows you got installed. Anyway try some of this procedures. 1.) When you turn on your PC try to activate SAFE MODE. If on screen appears picture of SAFE MODE you can activate SYSTEM TOOLS section and in this tools choose DISC CLEANUP, then SYSTEM FILE CHECKER and if everything be successful you can run your PC in normal mode. 2.) If upthere mentioned operation not work use STARTUP diskette. Insert she in floppy and then start your PC. On this diskete you got CHKDSK program and some system utilities programs. Run all except FORMAT DISC (DON’T RUN THIS PROGRAM!!!). 3.) If nothing of this not give results you must to format your hard disc again and to install again windows.
