Problems with Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate when uploading to Youtube?

When I try to upload the video’s I made in Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate directly to Youtube, I get no sound! I’ve already checked my system, but I do get the sound on all other video’s on Youtube and other websites. In Pinnacle the audio also works. Can anyone help me?
