In order to set different audio levels there is a full audio mixer in Studio. Go to the drop down meuns…select Toolbox and select Change Volume. This will open up the audio mixer. Simply select the audio you want adjust. Pull the slider up to raise the volume on the commentary and pull the slider down to lower the volume on the video audio. This is the way to make a nice audio mix of your final video.

There are a couple of things to check. I know that this sounds simple but do you have the volume turned up on your computer…some could have changed your settings. Can you hear audio from Windows Media player or iTunes? If not, then this is the problem. Do you have the volume turned down in Pinnacle Studio? Check the slider below the video playback screen. Make sure the audio track is not muted. Check theAudio Mixer too. I hope this helps.

You might have to contact tech support. Do you not have the original software that came with Studio? I would load Studio onto the new computer using the original discs and not a USB Stick.

What is wrong? Are you trying to upload to You Tube? I had a problem like this but found out it wasn’t Pinnacle Studio…it was You Tube…sometimes there site is shut down for upgrades…I tried again later and there was no problem after You Tube was back up. Also, sometimes You Tube will deny an upload because you are using copyrighted material…make sure that you own all of the content.
