Did you contact tech support? When loading the discs there are two discs that need to be loaded. I do not know if this is the same when loading a downloaded version from Pinnacle.

well and i dont have Magic Bullet or Boris Graffiti,
Where do i get them, and my HD video form a canon SD780 play slow and choppy when editing, but when you wait for a bit and let the clip load it might play normal.

well, seeing as you …
well, seeing as you said 2 gb, i would deff go with 2 gigs. but i dont really know, and dont have the energy to check. but you better be damned sure you have at least 50 gigs of free memory before you try pinnacle. it has to render everything to a seperate file, giving you two of every single video. then it makes no effort to clean up after itself. pinnacle gives you the finger once again!
dude, dont buy pinnacle if you want to do real editing. good for home videos, not much else.
