    Did you upgrade to Studio 14 yet? There is a great new plug-in called Shine that comes with the Pinnacle Studio Ultimate Collection. The Shine plug-in makes it really easy to bring light rays from behind the text.

    Is your program pointing to the correct folder? C Drive/Program Files/ Boris FX?
    If you look at the video above at 1:05 you will see the box has the location of the effects.

    You might have an issue with your Graphics Card…make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card and if that does not fix I would check with Tech Support!
