    hey man me and my boy are putting a studio together were both writing music but were gonna be recording some other people hopefully.. we have a mac with logic pro, drum mics, and a mixer.. so we got some more things to get but i was wondering if you have any tips on using logic? and is the sound card the same as an audio interface?

    Great advice Dave. One thing people ought to keep in mind as they gradually upgrade their gear is that the higher the quality of your mic, and pre amp, the more important room acoustics become as a priority issue.

    This could be an unpleasant surprise if room acoustics are not high end recording friendly.

    you are one wise guy david. but the one thing is you can most defiantly get a good condenser for around 100 bucks my sterling audio condenser is one of a mic i got brand new from guitar center for 100 bucks. it works great for vocals and acoustic guitar im pretty sure u can mic cabs with it as well. thumbs up this if you agree.
