How can I build a Good home recording studio, without substituting price for quality?

I want a home recording studio so i can record my music. I need it to be pretty descent because i send allot of my music to professionals for review. I need help with everything. WHERE can i cut back on the price of equipment and still get Good Quality? i need help picking keyboards,MICS,interfaces, EVERYTHING THAT A HOME STUDIO must have. (please be detailed and don’t just send links, i want honest personal opinions)
