Just a simple tour of my home studio in one of my bedrooms. Just going through the kit i have, but will do feature vids in the future of each instrument
@magikroom I see … @magikroom I see them on eBay and you are right studio version only.I use Yamaha hs50m and i love them. Some say with the 2 Db Boost in the back they can sound some what to the ns10..Going to see if i could get a set of ns10 for my home studio..
@Chicago10281 Tried … @Chicago10281 Tried Sonar, but couldn’t get on with it. Been using Cubase since V2 on the Atari 1040..Can’t teach a new Dog and all that
@RAYGproductions … @RAYGproductions Thanks for that…actually, i’ve just killed my NS10’s. I don’t use them flat and never have, I connect them up to a Graphic Equaliser, then a hi-fi amp and use them as hi-fi speakers…trouble is, I had a dodgy cable and it fried the tweeters. Got some Wharfedales in reserve and of course the Tannoy’s. Has the Yamaha’s for 15 years, only blew once before, but can’t get original NS10 tweeters…just the studio version…
Thanks…The Gear … Thanks…The Gear is great, not so much the space I have. I used to have Log Cabin in my back garden 12ft by 10ft which I sound proofed and that was great to work in…now the neighbours complain!
You’re completely … You’re completely right…it’s all about the music, not really about what you use. I started off with an Atari ST, Roland D10 and an ensoniq sampler with 29 seconds of sample time…all in mono! And created loads of music…i’m more of a collector now.
Like the muzik at … Like the muzik at the end..totally different….at first i was a little puzzled but I was definately feeling it ….great execution with the hip hop field…:D i likeeeyyy!!!!!
