ive installed everything fine but when i go to import video from my xbox to computer, i get a message saying "failed to get video from device". everything is plugged in properly and it even recognizes the dazzle. i have no idea what to do because pinnacle studios customer service is garbage and didnt help.
If you are trying to cpture a PAL video, then you can’t. At least not until Pinnacle find a way of allowing its European customers to do so. Studio 14 has mega problems with many makes of video camera including mine which is a top end Canon professional unit.
The program will try to import your video as NTSC and gets all confused when it can’t read it.
Pinnacle (Avid) will obviously blame you! You probably uploaded the wrong drivers or something.

I got pinnacle studios 14 ultimate collections and when i play the video is goes faster than it really is, does anyone know how i can solve the problem? please it would be really much appreciated.
Maybe it does not like the video format you are using, or the video codec used, did you convert the video before adding it to PS14 if you did try another format.
if not than you may need another codec to help the software sort out your video, go here

These are the best settings that I have come up with. The reason I like these settings are the file is not as big as a lot of the other ones and it also has REALLY GOOD quality. Well I hope to be seeing some video responses below. ENJOY!!!!

I recently got a Hauppauge HD PVR capture card, and the only difficulty I have run in to is how to put the M2TS files from the HD PVR on to my Pinnacle Studio 12 video editing and rendering program. Every time I try to open them in Pinnacle it isn’t where I originally saved them to. I have looked up and know that PS12 supports the M2TS file, but I just can’t figure out how to get it on PS12.
